The Paris Auto Show is up and running and German based Automobile manufacturers, Audi, have made their first unveiling in the form of Audi RS5 Cabriolet. Audi RS5 is another addition to the current family of RS series of Audi and holds a powerful  naturally aspirated 4.2 liter V8 FSI engine.

The car was unveiled in Paris auto show after its announcement earlier this month. Audi US operations Scott Koegh was delighted with the release of RS5 remarking,

"That car is a no-brainer. "We think our RS strategy fills the brand. We think adding this high-performance attribute is huge.

RS5 Cabriolet is a convertible with soft cloth available to make a roof. Audi has place a 4200 cc V8 Engine that produces 450hp at 8,250rpm and 430Nm of torque between 4,000 and 6,000rpm

 Audi RS5 speeding

This turns out to give Audi RS 5 a top speed of 174 mph (without limiter) and a swift 0-62 mph in under 5 seconds, the car is literally a monster. Although the top speed doesn’t place it among the top 10 fastest cars in the world, it is surely near the list.

 s tronic transmission

The only thing that might raise eyebrows is S-tronic transmission system. Considering the power this car has, a manual 7 shift transmission could have been a much better choice. S-tronic gearbox is a smarter automatic transmission system that has dual clutches which make gear shifting faster.
