Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has hit the markets finally with UK the first country to get it. Announced at MWC 2013, the tablet was quite a device. The tablet is now available at Samsung experience store in the West fields Stratford City shopping Centre in east London.
The tablet has hit the market with a 16GB WiFi version costing at £339 and a 3G version will follow soon.
The tablet, released to compete with the iPad Mini, is a device to wait and buy. From 15 April, a bundle will be available for buyers of the Galaxy Note 8 including a £20 voucher for Samsung Learning Hub, a 2 month free trial to The Times newspaper, 1 month free access to the Samsung Music Hub, AVG Anti-virus Pro and 50GB of DropBox storage (which is free for two years).
The Note 8 houses an Exynos 4 Quad with 2GB RAM (clocked at 1.6GHz)and 2GB of RAM. It sports a 8-inch 1280x800 pixels display clocking 189ppi, 5 MP camera on the back, accompanied by a 1.3 MP frontal cam for video chat. Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and S-Pen features.
